Your 2019 NBA Playoff Officials
Another NBA regular season has come to a close and we are looking towards the postseason stretch. As officials, we are graded throughout the year, every game, on five particular areas of performance measures — Accuracy, court presence, fitness, off-court duties and personal qualities. Along with Referee Operations, coaches and teams can offer input via a midseason evaluation and feedback following each game. The top-performers for each season are selected to work in the playoffs.
This year, we welcome seven first-time playoff officials making their postseason debut. Mike Callahan (210), Ken Mauer (208), Scott Foster (176), Tom Washington (165), and Tony Brothers (127) lead the pack with the most Playoff appearances in their career.
